狗CRP ELISA试剂盒是基于样品中的狗CRP与两种抗体的结合，一种抗体固定在微滴度孔板上，另一种抗体与辣根过氧化物酶偶联。在洗涤步骤之后，加入显色底物并显色。酶反应(颜色)与样品中存在的CRP量成正比。加入停止液终止反应。然后在微滴度井ELISA阅读器上在450 nm处测量吸光度。并从标准曲线上读出样品和对照中CRP的浓度。
Dog CRP ELISA kit is based on binding of Dog CRP from samples to two antibodies, one immobilized on the microtiter well plates, and other conjugated to the enzyme horseradish peroxidase. After a washing step, chromogenic substrate is added and colors developed. The enzymatic reaction (color) is directly proportional to the amount of CRP present in the sample. Adding stopping solution terminates the reaction. Absorbance is then measured on a microtiter well ELISA reader at 450 nm. and the concentration of CRP in samples and control is read off the standard curve.
