小鼠DNP IgE ELISA试剂盒是基于样品中的小鼠抗DNP IgE与固定在微孔上的DNP载体结合，通过与HRP(辣根过氧化物酶)酶偶联的抗小鼠IgE特异性抗体检测抗DNP IgE抗体。经过洗涤步骤后，加入显色底物(TMB)，并通过HRP在底物上的酶反应显色，该显色反应与样品中存在的抗DNP IgE的量成正比。加入停止液以终止反应，然后测量450 nm处的吸光度。样品中小鼠IgE的量是相对于小鼠抗DNP参考抗体计算的。
The Mouse DNP IgE ELISA kit is based on the binding of mouse anti- DNP IgE in samples to DNP-carrier immobilized on the microwells, and anti- DNP IgE antibody is detected by anti-mouse IgE specific antibody conjugated to HRP (horseradish peroxidase) enzyme. After a washing step, chromogenic substrate (TMB) is added and color is developed by the enzymatic reaction of HRP on the substrate, which is directly proportional to the amount of anti-DNP IgE present in the sample. Stopping Solution is added to terminate the reaction, and absorbance at 450nm is then measured using an ELISA microwell reader. The amount of Mouse IgE in samples is calculated relative to a mouse anti-DNP reference antibody.
